What makes this company so unique is that the owner, Kim is such a kind person and truly cares about her clients and is easily accessible to answer any questions or address any concerns. She has been extremely accommodating in my requests in care for my family member and I can't thank her enough for everything that she has done. I have to say I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail and genuine compassion that Rodney and Kim put into my Fathers care. I was very apprehensive about leaving him with a virtual stranger but I have to say the employees at Prestige really went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and secure with them.
