About Our Staff

A Florida native, Kimberly has been practicing nursing in the Sunshine State for almost 20 years. During her career, she has worked in every facet of elder care: at a stroke unit in a local hospital, as a unit and shift manager at skilled nursing facilities (including an Alzheimer’s unit), as the health and wellness director for an assisted living facility, and as part of the management team at two local hospice companies in Central Florida.

Kimberly has always wanted to own and operate her own business, and Prestige Home Care Orlando offers her the opportunity to lead and inspire with her unwavering commitment to providing care that meets the highest standards of excellence and service. She is driven by her passion for helping the elderly live life to the fullest, energized by the opportunity to guide clients and families through the process of home care, and honored to be a trusted resource and partner within the community.

Kimberly is joined by her husband, Rodney, who will be assisting with financial operations. Rodney and Kimberly have four amazing boys and enjoy spending time with their family and working on home improvement projects.

Nick Duzan

Nick Duzan – Client Care Manager / HR Specialist

With a background in management and sales, Nick has a unique appreciation for our business model, particularly because we have a “small-company feel with the resources and brand of a multinational company.” He’s especially proud of the positive impact Tampa Bay Prestige Home Care has on seniors’ overall wellbeing. “I would hate growing older and losing my independence. The fact that we go out of our way to not only take care of people but also allow them to take care of themselves is incredible to see. I know that is the part I would appreciate the most if I were in that situation.”
